Delivery FAQs

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with estimated delivery time. For same-day and next-day deliveries, our driver will contact you on the morning of delivery to confirm timing. You can also call us on 0151 6730505 for real-time updates.

What if I'm not available to receive my delivery?

Please arrange for someone to be present at the delivery address. If you cannot be there, you can authorize a neighbor or site manager to accept delivery on your behalf. Let us know in advance and we'll note this on the delivery. Alternatively, we can reschedule for a more convenient time.

Do you deliver to construction sites?

Yes, we regularly deliver to construction sites. Please ensure site access is available for our delivery vehicles and provide clear directions and contact details for the site manager. For large sites, we may need specific location details within the site.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

We have a minimum order value of £100 for local deliveries and £250 for regional deliveries. For orders below these amounts, collection from our Bootle warehouse is recommended. Contact us to discuss options for smaller orders.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, delivery dates can be changed with at least 24 hours notice. Contact us as soon as possible on 0151 6730505 or email sales@jrtfencing.co.uk. Changes made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may incur a rebooking fee.

What happens if items are damaged during delivery?

Please inspect all items upon delivery before signing. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We'll arrange for damaged items to be replaced at no additional cost. Claims for damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer weekend deliveries?

Saturday deliveries are available in local zones by prior arrangement (surcharge applies). Sunday deliveries are not available. For weekend collections, our warehouse is open Saturday mornings from 8 AM to 12 PM.

Can I order online for delivery?

Currently, we recommend calling us at 0151 6730505 or using our online quote form to place orders. This ensures you receive personalized service and accurate delivery scheduling. We're working on a full e-commerce solution for future online ordering.
